OUTREACH EVALUATION

Dear Group Leader,

We at Global Outreach were blessed to have you partner with us.  We thank you for sharing with all of the people you met, including our staff!  Please take a few moments to complete and return the enclosed evaluation.  This will help us to better serve you and other groups in the future.  We would be further blessed if you could add a note, on your letterhead, about your Outreach.  Was it well organized?  How did it affect your team?  etc, any thoughts you would care to share would be great.
